Youth Pride Fest 2019
hosted by HMI and the Kiki Coalition

This year, HMI will be the host of the KiKi Coalition’s annual Youth Pride Fest to celebrate HMI’s 40th anniversary, World Pride, and Stonewall50. The KiKi Coalition, a consortium of LGBTQ+ youth groups dedicated to community mobilization, and HMI will throw a carnival-style block party to kick off Pride month and celebrate our amazing young people. This will be an opportunity for partners to show what Pride means to them in a fun and engaging way, all while supporting LGBTQ+ youth. In addition, this event will promote the important services and resources HMI provides for LGBTQ+ young people. Following the party, the festivities will continue into the evening with a vogue ball, hosted at a nearby location.

There will be games, food, music, raffles, and much more. The event is open and free to the public.

Location: Christopher Street between Greenwich & Washington Streets

2PM – 7PM: Street Carnival
7PM – late: Vogue Ball on the Pier
