Callen Lorde’s HOTT Van visits HMI every wednesday.

Services provided include:

• Urgent medical care
• Sexual health services
• HIV/STI screening and treatment
• Family planning
• PrEP/PEP treatment and counseling
• Transgender healthcare/hormone therapy
• Flu shots and vaccines
• Crisis counseling
• Referrals
