THURSDAY, JUNE 5, 2025  |  4 – 6 PM
2 ASTOR PLACE, 3RD FL, NEW YORK, NY

Join us this Pride Month at HMI for our annual gathering celebrating the diversity of women and female-identifying individuals. Once again, we’re excited to spotlight leaders and mentors from cis, trans, and non-binary communities. This inspiring afternoon will feature one panel discussion centering women, female-aligned, trans, and gender-expansive individuals, along with our signature Mentor Moment, highlighting the power of meaningful relationships within our community.

PANEL ONE
Reinventing Yourself in the Workplace and Navigating Workplace Protections

Woman-identifying and gender expansive individuals are constantly having to redefine themselves throughout their professional career; be it a job change, a gender transition at work, having a child, etc. And with that comes the challenge of navigating legal rights, benefits, and family policies.

This panel will highlight women in leadership positions redefining modern work culture and retaining their agency, while gaining the knowledge and resources to advocate for yourself in the workplace.
