ATTENDEE INFORMATION

We’re excited to see you tomorrow at School’s Out. Here is some important logistical information that should be helpful to you.

• The cocktail reception is from 5:30-7:30 pm and the dinner follows from 7:30-9:30 pm.
• The Arc House address is 50 Green Hollow Road, East Hampton, NY 11937 for anyone using car service.
• There is no parking available at Arc House.
• We will be offering shuttle service from and to the Apple Bank parking lot at 50 Montauk Highway, where you may park your cars.
• Round trip coach transportation is available from the City.
  • Pick-up time will be at 1 pm outside of Hetrick-Martin Institute (HMI) at the 740 Broadway
  • The coach bus, Citi Express, will leave on time so be sure to get to HMI at least 10-15 minutes before 1 pm.
  • The Citi Express buses will be departing East Hampton back to the city after the cocktail reception at 8 pm and dinner at 10 pm.

  • Call or text Ira Rogers at 617-448-3335 for any questions or if you are unable to be at the bus on time or have to cancel on Saturday, so we can check you off the list.
• Your name will be on the guest list at check-in.
• Cocktail reception tickets can be purchased online or at the door for anyone wishing to purchase additional tickets.
• Online ticketing for the dinner closes at 6 pm, Friday, July 8, 2022.
