The Gilbert Baker Flag Installation is an massive flag located between Castro and Market Street in San Francisco's famous Castro District. It has welcomed viewers to the historical LGBTQ neighborhood since it's Installation on November 8, 1996. On September 13, 2024, history was made when San Francisco's mayor London Breed signed legislation landmarking the flag. …
