Through this experience organizations can learn valuable tools and insights to support recruiting\, onboarding and in boarding\, creating inclusive environments\, and strong retention strategies to create a diverse pipeline.  \n\n\n\nAccording to Gallup\, The percentage of U.S. adults who self-identify as lesbian\, gay\, bisexual\, transgender or something other than heterosexual has increased to a new high of 7.1%\, which is double the percentage from 2012\, when Gallup first measured it. In 2019\, the LGBTQIA+ population represented almost $3.7 trillion in market share buying power. \n\n\n\nThese statistics inform organizations that having a strong workforce where LGBTQIA+ employees are represented and feel safe allows the organization to be a true reflection of the marketplace they serve. How will you connect more deeply with your workforce and workplace to also connect more deeply with your marketplace?

DESCRIPTION:The Cast Members of HMI’s Pandemic Puppet Project\, PPP\, have been busy connecting\, creating\, and healing. ❤️‍🩹  The PPP is a special space for HMI youth members to gather in community to process our relationship to Covid-19 artfully and creatively\, and with great love and care.  \n\n\n\nDuring our time together\, we have been working to co-create a piece of virtual theatre using theatre\, playwriting\, puppetry\, and drama therapy techniques.  \n\n\n\nTogether\, we have connected to our personal and collective stories of isolation\, grief\, and loss inspired by the enduring pandemic. 🦠🦠🦠 \n\n\n\n>>> STAY TUNED <<< \n\n\n\nThere will be a live screening of The PPP for all to witness the incredibly brave work and talents of our fabulous ensemble on AUGUST 12th!!! \n\n\n\n🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
