The nominee will demonstrate responsibility and drive\, as well as initiate new projects and programs. \n\n\n\n🏆AdvocacyGiven to a youth who commits time and energy lending their voice to bring about change. To receive this award\, the nominee is someone who speaks up for what they believe within HMI and the larger community. \n\n\n\n🏆Alumni ApplauseGiven to a youth who has aged-out and are over 25 who utilize the skills gained at HMI to live their best life true to themselves. This person has grown and shown their strengths through their involvement in the community. \n\n\n\n🏆Academic AchievementGiven to a youth who have demonstrated their commitment to academic success and achievement . This youth may be a participant of a local high school\, HMI’s HSE program\, college or any form of academic program. \n\n\n\n🏆Staff LeaderGiven to a staff who is truly selfless and dedicated to helping the entire HMI community. This staff person has shown their support of youth development\, achievement and goes above and beyond no matter what the situation.
